Ten Towers Big Night Out. Well more a trip to Cars, the local Irish pub for a quick pint or two. My aren’t we wild? But look who else was in there. It’s fashion central darlings!

Love a bit of red eye action

BLACK, BLACK and more fabulous, luscious BLACK. I disagree with Ms Wintour. I love black. It’s my uniform. So Stefano, I get it and there’s more than one women to please out there. You’ve made a lot of women very happy tonight. Don’t get too hung up on just the one. I bet she secretly loves it too.

Right nice little collection, right easy like. Mixing feminine and masculine. Perfect clothes for my girlfriends. You can see why everyone makes a dash for the shop as soon as they get to Paris. No major statement other than I liked it.

Kenzo: Front Row, Paris

First show of the day that’s any good. Antonio Marras is the perfect designer for Kenzo. He understands print, colour and texture like no other. Sort of reminded me and Mama of our very good friend Charlie Harrington’s wardrobe. Do ya think she’s his secret muse? She’d love that. Trilby hats, floral jumpsuits, furry coats, a smattering of sparkle and a fuck off shoe. We liked, we enjoyed. Thank you very much .

On a positive note (finally a positive note. Aren’t you just so very excited dear readers), I did like the velvet drapes in the venue. Other than that I don’t really have much to say. Frocks for weddings, Bar Mitzvahs and funerals. There’s a market in that you know, a rather profitable market too. No one looks good in a satin sling back with a demi heel. Enough said. But it is Alfredo’s, friend of Ten Towers, favourite label!!

Christian Dior Re-see: Paris. By guest blogger Charlie Harrington of Stella Magazine

Dior re-see! OMG! We were so all over the RTW. The softest leather, finest knits, swoonful chiffons. And then the bags! That putty fluffy one in particular! But then…. FYI the shoes!!!! (Drop the shoulders, swoon, look dreamily into the
distance!) Wowzers! They are gorge, Gorge!! Sexy, strappy, hard and high. LOVE IT GORGE!!! (Hope I got the house of 10 style right, Gorge!?!)

Emanuel Ungaro: Front Row, Paris

Lindsay Lohan (I think she designed it. Someone said she’s on a three season contract. How bloody daft and in fact stupid is that?) strikes again! Could it get any worse? Hell yeah it can! This collection should be delivered straight to Outlet villages around the world. Give the buyers the afternoon off, don’t make them visit the showroom. They’re not going to be placing any orders. You could spend it more productively looking for someone with an ounce of a brain to design the clothes. It was dropped last season, it’ll be dropped again now. Get rid of LiLo and give the job to someone who gives two hoots. Or on second thoughts, just close the house down.

My late Grandmothers name was Stella and I loved her lots. The other Stella and her collection? Maybe love is too strong a word but I definitely liked it and like her a lot. Loads easy pieces that work well with everything in your wardrobe. Think of this as laid back chic. Jane Birkin on a night out-esque.
