Spot Phoebe, our Editorial Director, enjoying some gastronomic delights courtesy of last night’s Esteban Cortazar dinner, hosted by Holli Rogers and Browns at new West London eatery du jour, Ours. Which also doubled as Esteban’s (who, perchance is a very fabulous fashion designer) birthday party. So that meant birthday hats (custom, natch), balloons and tequila shots. A tequila shot which, says Phoebe, is the answer to eternal youth. Why? Because Mr Cortazar looks, in her words, as if he has only emerged from the womb. A fresh-faced beauty. Which is fitting, because, as the Browns website tells us (who now stock the designer’s clothes) that he was the youngest person ever to show at New York Fashion at aged 17 years old – offering (again, according to Browns) “luxurious clothes that speak to cosmopolitan women around the world.” Fabulous. Phoebe also enjoyed sitting between two avid yoga fans, which, after two hours of persuasion, has decided to leave her job and go on an ayurvedic yoga retreat in Bali. Nah, not really, she just popped out for a fag.
