Here’s Your First Look At The H&M x Moschino Campaign
There’s a few reasons we’re looking forward to November 8th. It’s SZA’s bday. That’s our soundtrack sorted. Another good thing about that day is that it’s a Thursday, which means we’ll be counting down to the weekend. But the best thing about November 8th? The H&M x Moschino collaboration is dropping to stores worldwide. The Californian emperor of fun fashion is bringing his high glam, high drama designs to the high street. In our eyes, this is basically saying – more Moschino for everyone!
And just a month before the collection actually comes to the shelves in an H&M near you, the Swedish brand released the first real look at the collection, in a campaign shot by Steven Meisel and starring Gigi Hadid along with a gang of new Supers (including Imaan Hammam and Soo Joo) covered in Moschino gold. Both literally and metaphorically. Digging into the rich archive of the Italian brand, Scott brought all the best hits to the mass audience. It’s a new kind of salon-style of presentation. Quilt-stitching, gold chains and all the shine of the world come together in a set of looks ready for the world to indulge in. The countdown was already on, but after seeing the collection through the lens of Meisel, we’re starting to polish our credit cards. Get ready, set, Moschino!
The Moschino for H&M collection launches online and in selected H&M stores worldwide on November 8th.
