LOUIS VUITTON: OPENS TEMPORARY STORE IN MIAMI’S DESIGN DISTRICT
Ahead of opening their permanent store in Miami in 2014, Vuitton have stamped their mark on the Citys design district. Adorning the facade of their new temporary location with an enormous mural by LA Artist Retna, who’s elaborate kind of calligraphy originates in graffiti. A logical new collaboration, given the success of the now iconic Sprouse tagging of the brands monogram. Can’t help but think how these brilliant scrawlings and vibrant ‘Miami Vice’ palette might look splashed across some luggage. Louis Vuitton, 170, N.E 40th Street, Miami.
