Off-White Collaborate With Guns ‘N’ Roses For Capsule Collection

Off-white

If you, like us, were unaware of the fact that the Guns ‘N’ Roses album ‘Appetite For Destruction’ was turning thirty – perhaps you’re unaware of the album altogether – then it might be time you actually listened to them, because, dear fashion fans, Mr. Abloh of Off-White has woven his magic for a celebratory capsule collection. The new line, which Palm Angels and Enfant Riches Déprimés are also a part of, has been put together by Maxfield, the brilliant LA-based boutique, for a monstrous merch event entitled, ‘Guns ‘N’ Roses Was Here’ to take place at the store, starting today. The collection is full of graphic tees and sweatshirts: the face of Jesus with the words ‘Kill Your Idols’ and a woman looking possessed, slumped against the wall, with her knickers round her ankles – the kind of conspicuously contentious imagery you associate with tour merch. If anyone’s thinking of attending said event, could you pick up a few of the ‘Nobody Knows I’m A Lesbian’ t-shirts for Team Ten?

Guns N’ Roses Was Here will take place from August 11 to 18 at Maxfield LA – 8818 Melrose Avenue, CA 90069
