Ermenegildo Zegna Milan Mens Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2015
In the blazing heat of Milan (actually not to bad today) Stefano Pilati bought us his second summer collection under the Zegna family umbrella. The show started with a horizon of men’s silhouettes, framed by a rectangular outline. It had a work in progress feel. This collection represented Stefano’s signature of ”ease” more then ever before. Full chinos and loose thin outerwear felt right for now. The non-formality of the clothes seemed to break the stuffy atmosphere that usually fills Milan’s tailoring brands, and brought an ever-changing tailoring world up to speed. Bravo, Mr Pilati.
