Ten Loves: Ralph Lauren’s Polo CP-93 Collection

As our all-American National Anthem singing queen, Lana Del Rey, once sang, “Be young, be dope, be proud, like an American.” This is our motto when looking to Ralph Lauren’s historic, iconic and reissued collections. The brand is sparking our Americana love affair once again, releasing a reissue of the iconic Polo CP-93 collection that actually feels so right in this 2018 sportswear obsessed climate. Primary coloured nylon windbreakers, track pants and caps make up the 24-piece collection. We want, we need! The kind of wardrobe that will have us sailing across the Pacific… or whatever ocean is closest. All that matters is the lewk. The 1993 collection was inspired by Ralph Lauren’s sponsorship involvement in the 1993 America’s Cup. Team merchandise. Of course, the iconic Polo shirt is part of the collection, reworked to feel so easy, breezy, with printed graphics from the original collection. Slick and preppy with the classic Ralph Lauren crest. It’s the perfect collection for the utmost elite, who walk out onto their wharf every morning, eggs benedict and green juice awaiting them as they bask in the sun and relish in all their success. Everything we aspire to. And surely we will be living that life once we are suited up in Polo CP-93 sweatsuits and caps? That’s how it works.

The Polo CP-93 collection will be available form May 31st.
