Woolmark Prize 2015/16 Judges Announced
Remember when Brian Friedman, choreographer of such classic videos as Britney “Boys” and Mya “My Love is Like… Wo”, was briefly an X Factor judge, before being promptly replaced with Louis Walsh mere hours later? Will didn’t. “But who is he?” he said, exasperatedly. Well, we imagine that today’s announcement of the judges for the Woolmark Prize is producing similarly prolific feeling for those chosen as it was for Brian during those brief days. Except, this lot isn’t responsible for discovering the next singing sensation, but the next great menswear designer, specifically those with a talent for crafting humble wool into the most desirable of outfits. So, drumroll please…

The menswear final of the 2015/16 International Woolmark Prize will be judged on 13 January 2016 in Florence, Italy, during Pitti Uomo, the judging picking from – Munsoo Kwon (Asia), P. Johnson (Australia), Agi & Sam (British Isles), Jonathan Christopher (Europe), Suketdhir (India, Pakistan & Middle East) and Siki Im (USA).
