For One Month Only: Dior Takes Over Harrods

Following on from what was a rather spectacular, Britannia-themed pop-up at Harrods last summer, Dior is back again for round two. And they’ve brought back the customised black cabs. This time around, however, the house is launching its autumn/winter 2020 ready-to-wear collection in a mammoth take-over of the retailer. For one month only, Dior is premiering the latest additions to its growing family of classic bags and accessories. Held inside a velvet-clad space, new variants of the Saddle, Lady D-Lite and Dior Book Tote bags now come in the same soft fabric as the walls surrounding each of them.

Available in a variety of hues – lilac, muted yellow and an autumnal orange, to name a few – any of these marvellous creations will be a worthy investment for any Dior collection, or the perfect way to kickstart one. Away from the bags, there’s a selection of the now-signature Dior Bob hats (some exclusive to the pop-up) and monogrammed scarfs that Maria Grazia Chiuri likes to adorn the heads of her models with during her mammoth catwalk showcases. Oh, and a selection of the goodies on sale are actually able to be personalised by the house’s ABCDior service. Your name stamped on a Dior bag surrounded by a fuzzy Dior Oblique motif? We’re clocking off early and heading down to Harrods right now.
