Our Grace, as we like to call her, despite being well aware that she does not in fact belong to us, although we really wish she did so that we could pat her beautiful fiery mane daily, celebrated the launch of her new book ‘Grace: The American Vogue Years’ last night. Being the face of Calvin Klein, it made sense that the oh-so-American label threw the party for her in New York at the Calvin Klein Collection flagship store on Madison Avenue. Obviously, every guest was fabulous. Anna Wintour was of course reigning supreme among the crowd of fashion royals, sans sunglasses, here sporting an expression of genuine delight for her mate Grace. Bless. Our somewhat less illuminated fashion week faces have also been beaming since discovering the fashion book of all fashion books, containing Ms. Coddington’s internationally renowned work along with photographs by her collaborators Steven Meisel, Annie Leibovitz, Craig McDean, David Sims, Mario Testino, Marcus Piggot and Mert Alas.
