Juun.J Have Opened A Special Pop-Up Store In Harrods

Does one ever need an excuse for a shopping op? Of course not – spesh when it’s just 12 days before Christmas What?! Hence our collective excitement at hearing that Juun.J is popping up at Harrods this December. As in, with a special shop, rather than the man himself. He’s probably got better things to do. Instead, he’s left a selection of fine Juun.J goodies in the iconic department store, stocking not only his brilliant AW16 collection first shown at Pitti Uomo, but also a special collaboration with Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama and Juun.J’s very first Pre-SS17 collection. Working off the SS17 collection, the clothes are a mash-up of military shapes with the roomy silhouette of 90s youth culture. As accompanying blurb says, “Juun.J 17SS Pre-Collection can be characterised into three key phrases. Re-creating new items by mixing different aspects of Juun.J’s DNA, MILITARY. Also, along with the 90s street and funky YOUTH CULTURE, Juun.J presents new items with diverse silhouettes and graphic series with interesting slogans amalgamating Juun.J’s identity.” Simple. As the Pet Shop Boys sung: go west – as in, to Harrods. Treat yourself.

The pop-up is open from December 1st for six weeks on the lower ground floor /
