Kenzo: Snowbird SS16 Film Trailer

Carol Lim and Humberto Leon are good at snaring young directors aren’t they? What’s their secret? I want to know – I’m keen to bag a hot young thing of my very own. First there was Gregg Araki, who helmed their filmic Kenzo’s AW15 campaign, now it’s auteur extraordinaire Sean Baker’s turn, famed for his critically acclaimed film Tangerine who they’ve drafted in for SS16. He’s made a special short film, ‘Snowbird’, which, unlike Tangerine is not about a working girl called Sin-Dee finding out whether her boyfriend has been faithful whilst she was in jail (which would have been great too) but a woman living in a remote desert community, played by Abbey Lee. Our advice looking at the pictures released so far – stay away from that car compound, Abbey. I mean, have you not been watching Making A Murderer? The film’s out on the 3rd February, but the trailer’s above. Mark your diaries…
