Net-A-Porter Creates Two Collections In Aid of Wildlife Conservation

The dribs and drabs of our everyday lives can often make us forget about the injustices that take place all across the world. Scientists have warned that we’re on the brink of a sixth mass extinction, with studies showing that 500 different species are in danger of being wiped out completely. For Net-A-Porter, this is a pressing issue that can no longer go ignored. Enlisting the help of 15 brands including Burberry, Brunello Cucinelli and 3.1 Phillip Lim, the global e-tailer has created a massive, charitable initiative dubbed Walk For Giants.

Made up of 15 capsules in total, all profits from the collection will be donated to Space for Giants; an international conservation charity protecting land animals from poachers and preserving their eco-systems. To do this, Net-A-Porter also teamed up ethically sourced stones specialist Gemfields to create another exclusive collection, this time made up of 33 fantastic jewellery pieces. Both collections can be seen here, worn by Arizona Muse and Selena Forrest in Laikipia, Kenya. It’s time we not only address the elephant in the room, but protect it, too.

Both Walk For Giants collections are available to buy here. You can Donate to Space for Giants here.
