Pasticceria Marchesi Opens New Store In Milan

Pastry-based news to begin your Wednesday morning via the announcement this morning that a brand new Pasticceria Marchesi is opening in Milan. Now, for those of you that do not know what this is (savages!), it is an Milano institution whose baked goods have the curative power of allowing one’s bodies to be dragged through another fashion week. It is also 80% owned by Prada. Which means it is Miuccia-approved. And what sweeter taste is there than that? Plus, this one comes with the added benefit of being directly accessible from the Prada men’s store. Sexy. The new Pasticceria Marchesi, opening in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, also means that yes, it is now possible to do a Pasticceria crawl across Milan. And they serve booze. If you need us during fashion week, that’s where we’ll be. Our Prada pants looking a little more snug around the ass.
