Here is Roberto Cavalli’s AW16 campaign, photographed by Tim Walker. Which is very nice. “Flower children, decadence, a bohemian rhapsody,” apparently. Peter Dundas’ new Roberto Cavalli woman. And, for the first time, man. Which is not so much her boyfriend, but kind of intellectual sparring partner. It’s a bit like an orgy. A cerebral orgy. An exchange ideas, rather than any other more erogenous bodily fluids. They say to me: freedom. Free to do whatever the fuck they want – “a languid posse of youthful revellers intimately entwined, clothes expressing their sensuality and free spirits”. Which, sadly for us, does not mean the collection is free. No, the collection is not free. It costs money. Money though, I dare say, would be worth every single penny.
