Proenza Schouler Pre Fall 2015
It sounds a little obvious to say Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez are presenting a creative bridging between seasons for pre-fall, marrying the successes of spring with what we’re assuming are experimentations for winter. But they’re doing so in the most spectacular of ways. The plaids of spring have morphed, merged, and intensified, weaving their way around the Proenza woman, to layer up ideas in a way that’s perfectly befitting of the colder months. All set off with some actual weaving in the form of delicately unravelling boots and peep toe heels. The first items on our shopping lists, given the fact we’re unashamed shoe pigs.
